These terms govern your use of book-me.com, the AI answering, quoting and appointment-booking service for trades and home-service businesses.

book-me.com is operated by WIN WITH LEE LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17432233), with its registered office at Basingstoke RG24 9TH ("we", "us"). You can contact us at contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk.
book-me.com provides an AI-powered assistant ("RIE") that answers telephone calls and web chat enquiries on behalf of your business, quotes prices based on rules you configure, books appointments, logs calls and transcripts, sends email confirmations, and can sync bookings to your connected Google Calendar.
The AI assistant provides automated responses. It does not provide professional trade, legal, safety or emergency advice, and quoted prices are estimates only until confirmed by you.
You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing rules, opening hours and industry settings you configure, and for reviewing quotes and bookings the assistant creates.
You must have a lawful basis to collect and share with us the personal data of your callers and customers (names, phone numbers, addresses, postcodes and call transcripts), and you must inform your callers that calls may be answered by an AI assistant and transcribed, where the law requires this.
You must not use the service to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on the terms shown at checkout and renew automatically each month or year until cancelled in Plan & Billing. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Invoices are payable immediately by the card or payment method on file, and access may be suspended if a payment fails and is not settled within 14 days.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate; you remain responsible for the commitments made to your customers. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably possible.
The service integrates with third parties including Twilio (telephony and SMS), Google (calendar sync), and our email-sending provider. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We own the service, software and branding. You own your business data, call content and customer data. You grant us a licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost bookings, or losses arising from inaccurate AI-generated quotes or responses, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £500 if greater).

BOOK-ME! JOBS is an introduction service only. Customers post enquiries and up to 3 registered trades can pay to access each job. The Job Access Fee pays for access to a customer's enquiry details, not for any work.
BOOK-ME! does not carry out, supervise or guarantee the work, take payment for the work, or hold customer money. Any contract for the work is directly between the customer and the trade, who agree their own scope, price and payment terms.
Job Access Fees are non-refundable except at BOOK-ME!'s discretion, for example for a fake or duplicate job. Trades must hold any licences and insurance required for the work they undertake.
Provisional quotes sent through BOOK-ME! JOBS are guide prices only and are not binding on either side. They are always subject to a site visit, and the final price, scope and terms of the work are agreed directly between the customer and the trade after that visit. BOOK-ME! is not a party to that agreement.
Trades may report a lead within 7 days of unlocking it for a customer unreachable after 3 attempts, fake or incorrect customer details, or a duplicate job. Fees are refunded for qualifying reports after BOOK-ME! reviews them; the trade is emailed the outcome. A refund issued through a lead report does not release the place on the job. The trade continues to see the job as Refunded, without access to private contact details.
Launch offer: the first 10 job unlocks across the platform are free while the offer is enabled. Free unlocks still count towards the maximum of 3 trades per job. Normal access fees apply after 10 free unlocks or when the offer is switched off. A free unlock has no payment to refund.
Welcome free job: every trade account receives 1 free job unlock credit of its own, which never expires, while the welcome credit is enabled. The platform launch offer is used first when available; otherwise your welcome credit is used; otherwise the normal access fee applies. Admins may grant additional free credits for goodwill. Free unlocks have no payment to refund.
The founder offer is limited to the first 10 founder sign-ups, including up to 3 admin-selected founder testers, while the offer is enabled. Founder Pro Voice & Web costs £99/month or £990/year (2 months free), with a £149 one-off setup fee. This price is locked for the life of that subscription while it stays active, even if normal prices change. If you cancel and rejoin later, founder pricing is lost. Founder testers receive a 60-day free trial, no setup fee, then £99/month.
As an express exception to section 5's general non-refundable fees rule, the setup fee for every plan is fully refunded to the original payment method through Stripe if you request cancellation within your 14-day free trial. This includes requesting cancellation at the end of the trial. We email confirmation after Stripe confirms the refund; banks may take 5–10 working days to show it. After the 14-day trial, the normal cancellation terms apply. Waived setup fees have no payment to refund.
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all logos, text, images, documents and other content you upload, link to or publish through the service, including content generated with the service's AI tools ("Your Content").
If you use the service in the course of business, you will indemnify WIN WITH LEE LIMITED against all losses, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from any third-party claim that Your Content, or your use of the service, infringes intellectual property or other rights. This clause does not apply to consumers acting outside their trade, business or profession, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you believe content on book-me.com or a site hosted by us infringes your rights, email contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk with: your contact details; identification of the work; the URL of the material; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them. We will review promptly and may remove or disable access.
The user concerned may send a counter-notice explaining why the material is lawful; we may restore it unless the complainant tells us they have started legal proceedings. We will suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
AI-generated text, quotes and summaries are provided to help you and may be inaccurate or resemble existing material. You must review them for accuracy, permissions and third-party rights before publishing or relying on them. To the extent we hold any rights in output created for you, we assign them to you, but we do not guarantee that output is original, protectable or exclusively yours.
